Insurance Agency, Broker/Wholesaler Acquisition

In our ongoing efforts to better serve our clients and insures, PBS Insurance is looking for Acquisition of Independent Insurance Agencies, Broker/Wholesaler who are licensed in KY, IN, OH, FL, TX, CO, CA and NV. We will entertain other states.

The type of Agency, Broker/Wholesaler that we are interested in pursuing would have some of the following characteristics:

1. Has an existing book of Professional Liability business (preferably Medical Malpractice)
2. Has mostly Surplus Lines carriers or
3. Has an existing book of Surplus Lines business in house and not through other MGA/Surplus Lines Broker

Insurance Acquisition:
